Home Banking

Q: How will home banking be affected during conversion?
A: We will have a new and improved home banking system called “ItsMe247”. This new home banking system will be up and running on Tuesday, August 23, 2011. You should be able to get there by using the same link from our website for online banking. Our current home banking system will disconnect sometime on Friday, August 19.

Q: Will I need to re-enroll?
A: Yes, you will need to re-enroll using your member number as your login and the last four digits of your SSN as your password. After you first sign in you will be prompted to change your password.

Q. Can I still transfer to other family member accounts as I have before?
A. You will need to contact the Credit Union to set up approval for this in advance. Assuming you are joint on the account or that the other member has also granted permission, we can set it up so whenever you do future transfers on ItsMe247, the accounts will be right there on your transfer screen for you to select to transfer to.

Our new home banking will do all of the normal things you’re accustomed to: inquiries, account history, transfers, check copies, etc. but will also include many new features. You will also be able to access online Bill Pay and your E-statements all with a single sign-on to ItsMe247!
