Update: April 15, 2020
We are waiving all credit card fees for the next two months.
Mobile Check Deposit
If you have not utilized mobile deposit to deposit checks into your account yet, please consider it. Mobile deposit allows you to deposit up to $3,000 in checks per day through the mobile app (maximum of 5 checks per day.) For more details on how to use the feature, click here
For those that do not have access to mobile deposit, we encourage our members to use the night deposit located on the north end of the bulding. We recently added a covered box that contains envelopes and pens for you to use when depositing your funds. We are checking the box multiple times per day. Using the night deposit gives you the convenience of getting your funds deposited quickly without having to wait in line at the drive up or the worry of trying to get to the credit union during our normal business hours.
Update: April 8, 2020
The annual meeting for scheduled for April 25th has been postponed until further notice. Members who have obtained tickets will need to get new tickets once the date is announced.
Update: April 1, 2020
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our communities, we wanted to remind all of our members that we are here to serve you and your financial needs. Your money continues to be safe and secure and available to you.
This page will hopefully help answer some of your questions regarding your financial situation.
At this time, we are continuing to issue loans just as we have in the past. Our loan officers continue to be available for processing loans of all types. Our only change to the loan application process is that all documents will be signed either electronically or by appointment only.
New loans may also be eligible for 90 Days No Payments.
Loan/Credit Card Payments
We understand that loan payments will be an issue for many of our members. At this time, all loan payments will continue as scheduled. If your income has been affected by the Coronavirus, we ask that you contact the credit union and discuss deferring your loan payments or work on another solution with your loan officer.
We do have a Skip-A-Pay program already in existence for our members. Typically there is a $25 fee to use this feature, however we are waiving the fee for the time being. We ask that you instead pay the accrued interest for the month. Again, ask your loan officer prior to requesting a Skip-A-Pay as it may cause issues in future payments.
Online Banking/A2A Payments
Finally, we can't stress enough the importance of continuing to use online banking. We have a feature called A2A (Account 2 Account) that allows you to make transfers to your accounts, including loans from other financial institutions. There is no fee for making a loan payment via an A2A transaction. If you are interested in learning how to get that set up, please contact your loan officer.
