Mobile App Update Coming April 29th

 
 
 

On Tuesday, April 29th, we will be performing an update to our mobile app. This will require all users of online banking (app and website) to review and accept a new terms and services agreement. The new version of the mobile app will look almost exactly like our current version. Members who are enrolled in automatic updates through their app store provider may have already seen this change, however on April 29th all members will be affected. Mobile and desktop versions of web banking will not be affected. Please note mobile banking and the mobile app are different banking products.

Unfortunately, this update may affect some members that have devices that are no longer compatible with the changes. We expect this to affect very few of our members but want to make sure you are informed of the changes.

On April 29th, members who do not accept the new terms and services agreement will no longer be able to use the app. Also, members who have devices that are no longer compatible with the update will no longer be able to use the app. Affected members may continue to use the mobile web banking option but will not have access to app-only tools such as mobile check deposit and card controls.
