With It's Me 247 Online and Mobile Banking with Free Bill Pay, you can keep in touch with your credit union accounts any time, from any place life takes you! If you have a connection to the internet, you can use It's Me 247 Online and Mobile Banking to check balances, transfer money, and stay connected to your accounts around the clock.

 

Online Banking Changes Coming Tuesday, August 2nd

As a financial institution, we feel your privacy is very important. We want to help keep your information secure and deter hackers from gaining access to your online banking. You may have seen many businesses start the process of MFA, also known as multi-factor authentication. This process includes logging in with a username and password and then authenticating your credentials via a code sent via text message or email.

While we are not yet implementing MFA, we are making changes to online banking to help prepare for when we do. At this time, these changes will only affect members' usernames and passwords.

Staring August 2nd…

  1. Members who currently use their account number as their username will be required to change it upon logging in.

  2. Members that currently do not have a complex password will be required to change it upon logging in.

If you experience problems with this process or need further assistance, please reach out to any of our Member Service Representatives at 641-792-5660. Please DO NOT allow your computer browser or phone to SAVE your password. This may cause issues logging into your online banking in the future.


Free Bill Pay

ALL your bills. One login. Our EasyPay Bill payment makes the process simple. Now you can pay all your bills with the click of a mouse or a tap on your touchscreen. Pay any bill from anywhere. Just click “Pay and Transfer” button once you’re logged into online banking.


E-Statements

Save time, save money, save a tree. No more waiting for your statements in the mail and no more worrying about your paper statement sitting out in the mailbox. You can view your current and past statements right from the convenience of your computer or mobile app. Available when you need it, this electronic version of your statement includes all the information found in a paper statement. Enjoy access to 18 months of archived statements available online.


Mobile Check Deposit

Deposit your check from anywhere, anytime with Advantage Credit Union’s Mobile Deposit via the mobile app. Simply snap a picture on your smartphone of the front and back of your check, then securely deposit into your account.

We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of deposits that you transmit and to modify such limits form time to time. Maximum dollar amount of $3,000 per day with a maximum of 5 items per day. Monthly maximum of $10,000.
